Returns and Exchange Policy

 

BonPatch Returns & Money-Back Guarantee

At BonPatch, we believe in the quality of our wellness patches. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer fair and simple options to make it right.


1. Try One, Risk-Free – Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to try BonPatch with confidence. Our Genuine Trial Guarantee applies to your first order:

  • First-time customers only
  • Covers one opened patch pack (up to AUD $50)
  • Request a refund within 30 days of delivery
  • No need to return the opened product
Note: Refunds cover product cost only. Shipping is non-refundable.

How to request a refund:

  1. Email [support@bonpatch.com] with your order number
  2. Mention the product you tried and share a brief comment
  3. We’ll process your refund within 7 business days

Limit: one opened pack per household. Additional items must be unopened to qualify under our standard returns policy.


2. Standard Returns – Unopened Items

Changed your mind? We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Must be in original, resalable condition
  • Return postage is your responsibility (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

To arrange a return:

  1. Email [support@bonpatch.com] with your order number and reason
  2. We’ll send return details
  3. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We can’t accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened products (unless covered under our guarantee)
  • Returns outside of the 30-day window
  • Free gifts, trial packs, promos, or gift cards

4. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return eligible items for a refund, then place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping).

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos, if applicable

6. Refund Timeframes

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Your bank may take up to 10 business days to clear the funds
