Each 38 mm (approx. 1.5 in) square patch with rounded corners contains 21 mg total active ingredients.
- Valerian extract (8.5 mg), associated with evening calm.
- Purified CBD isolate (6.9 mg), associated with overnight balance.
- Passion flower extract (2.8 mg), associated with relaxation.
- Hops extract (2.8 mg), associated with nighttime wellness.
How to use
Peel. Stick. Wear.
- Prepare the skin. Clean and dry a hair-free area, avoid lotions, creams, oils, or alcohol-based products.
- Apply the patch. Peel from the backing, press firmly, smooth the edges.
- Wear time. Wear for up to 24 hours, rotate application sites.
- Placement areas. Upper arm, shoulder, or lower back.
- Removal. Peel gently, wash any residue with warm water and mild soap or baby oil.
Usage recommendations
- Nighttime use only.
- Apply shortly before bed, remove on waking.
- May cause drowsiness or reduced alertness, do not drive or operate machinery while wearing.

Finally a product that does what it says! The smell firstly is AMAZING 😍 and I personally feel the effects within 20min max. Absolutely recommend these patches! Highly recommend the sleep patches. A little background on me...... I haven't had a solid night of sleep (unless under the influence and passed out) in 10 years, mind always racing, can't switch off, tired all afternoon then head hits pillow and I'm suddenly wondering if my neighbour from 20 years ago are living their best life or if that person I bumped into at the supermarket really believed my apology, you get me right? Anywho with these amazing patches no such worries! Definitely give them a go!

I have tried everything nothing works except prescription medication. I tired these the night I received them and I slept, but I had taken my prescription melatonin, so the next night I did patch only and I slept! This has continued I am hooked!
