RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
(a) No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns based on a change of mind.
(b) Refund Eligibility
We will offer a full refund of the product's purchase price if we determine the following conditions are met:

If you believe your product is faulty, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us using the information provided on our website, providing a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant images.
- If we suspect the product may be faulty, we will ask you to return the item to us for further evaluation. This must include any manuals, documentation, or registration materials that were originally sent with the product. The cost of shipping the item back to us will be your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine if it is indeed faulty. If we conclude that the product is not faulty, or that any fault is due to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper use, or lack of reasonable care, we will reject the return and ship the product back to you at your expense.
- Should we find the product to be faulty, you will be reimbursed for the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs. At your request, we can issue a refund, arrange an exchange, or provide store credit. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless an alternative is requested and approved.
- If you do not follow the guidelines in this section regarding faulty products, we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or no refund at all.
